When can I sign up for TKP insurance? A healthy employee is vital to our organization. TKP's employee Health Insurance is Essential Health Care. Open enrollment is March of every year.
What benefits does TKP offer? TKP offers a variety of positions. Our benefits packages include Medical, Dental, Vision, Long-term / Short-term disability, vacation, holidays. Please consult your Staffing Coordinator for more details.
How do I get a copy of my W-2? All payroll information is made electronically and can be accessed by following the links under My pay on TKP's home page. Or visit http://portal.adp.com/public/index.htm
How do I change my filing status? Employees wishing to change their filing status must submit an updated Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate (W-4) to the Accounting Department.
When are Christmas Savings funds check issued/ mailed? TKP is an advocate in assisting our employees to save for the future and other special holidays. Since 2006, TKP has partnered with a local credit union to provide our employees the opportunity to save for the Christmas Holidays. Christmas Savings checks are distributed as a separate pay check on the 1st Friday of November of each year.
Which office handles payroll related questions? Our corporate office in New Orleans handles all payroll related questions. Employees are not to discuss pay issues with the client.
How will I receive my pay? All pay is deposited/recorded electronically. TKP does not issue any manual checks.
What happens if I miss payroll? TKP pays its employees on every Friday. If you miss payroll one week, it will be paid on the next scheduled payroll.
How often are positions posted online? TKP receives open positions throughout the day, over night and weekends. All positions are posted on-line as soon as they become available.
Where can I update my contact information? Candidates can update their contact information by visiting www.tkpsi.com. Follow the Applicants, Apply On line, Log In
When should I call in my weekly availability for work assignments? Being available is how TKP we can put you on assignment. Availability calls are accepted on Monday's.
How often should I view available positions online? Individuals seeking employment opportunities should view www.tkpsi.com regularly.
What type of positions does Topp Knotch Personnel offer? TKP offers a variety of positions. Our core competencies are Administrative, Accounting / Finance, Mailroom
How many positions can I apply for? TKP seeks out the best candidates for our clients. We suggest that you apply for the best 3 maximum positions that fit your skills, ability and knowledge coupled with location and pay rate.
Does TKP offer a referral program? Referral programs are an intricate part of our business. Currently employed employees can earn referral bonuses for referring someone to us who has been selected and works on assignment for 120 consecutive days. Bonuses will be paid directly to the referee on the paycheck once the referral has worked 120 hours.
Why is a resume required when submitting an online application? Attaching and uploading your resume is a part of our entire application process. Candidates are strongly encouraged to attach a resume for consideration.
When are weekly time sheets due? Time sheets are due every Monday by noon. Time sheets received after that day and time will be paid on the next payroll cycle. Time sheets must be COMPLETELY submitted with the accurate amount of hours, signed by employee and on site representative and dated.
